It's A Lipoma

A lipoma is a slow-growing, fatty tumor situated between your skin and the underlying muscle layer. Often a lipoma is easy to identify because it moves readily with slight finger pressure. It's doughy to touch and usually not tender. You could have several that persist for years. Lipomas can occur at any age, but they're most often detected in middle age.

A lipoma isn't cancer and is usually harmless. Treatment generally isn't necessary, but if the lipoma is in a bothersome location, is painful or is growing, you should seek to have it removed.

SO NO CANCER!!!!!!!!

Monday Mystery Picture

The Blood tests are back and all is normal. Now for the biopsy.

Spider bites, Blood tests and biopsy.

So I got this spider bite on the back of my head and it was pretty gross. I wouldn't have bothered myself about it but I have also had these swollen glands in my back for like 4 months now so when the glands in my neck were swelling because of the bite and Jeff and My OBGYN were yelling at me to go to my primary care giver, so I did. I was poked and prodded a little and she found more swollen glands all over my body. So she had some blood drawn and I will be going to see a surgeon asap to have the lumps in my back biopsied.

Last year it was umbrellas and this year.......

I love the things that the Easter Bunny gets for my kids. I don't know how he knows that my babies are into the birds as much as their Papa Fishy is but he did and he brought Ainsley a feeder and Jackson a house that they got to paint all by themselves. Fun Fun Fun.

Easter

The day started super early for us because our church starts at 8:30.

After church we went to my mom and dads. We always do Easter at my mom and dad's and always have a wonderful time. But like the ding dong that I am I forgot my camera. So all the pictures below are stolen from my wonderful sisters wonderful blogs.

BIBLE DICTIONARY

Easter

This word occurs only once in the Bible (Acts 12: 4) and then would be better translated passover. The word Easter is from Eastre, a Norse goddess whose pagan festival was observed at the spring equinox. The association of this pagan goddess with the celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ was only by adaptation and synthesis. There is no real connection. Jesus, being the Lamb of God, was crucified at passover time and is the true Passover (see 1 Cor. 5: 7). He was raised from the grave on the third day thereafter. It thus became a springtime anniversary, and has come to be called Easter in the Christian world.
