After the park we went back to Amy's house and the kids were playing. Ainsley tripped and this is what happened .
It is a buckle fracture and she will need to be in a cast for the next 6 to 8 weeks.
So to sum up what we are going to miss and what we might.
1 She did not get to walk in the Dallas parade today.
2 She will not get to dance at the Oregon state fair.
3 No playing in water in the hottest part of the summer.
4 And I'm not sure yet but it looks like we're not going to Disney Land.

Oh, poor Ainsley!!!! My boys are standing here looking at the photos and saying over and over, "Oh, poor Ainsley!" Please give her a big hug for all of us. Poor little thing. You would think that I'd be able to tell on the x-ray where it's broken but I am clueless. Where is the fracture?
Well, you may have to miss out on some things this summer, but I've learned over time that God is in the details. For whatever reasons, whether we ever understand them or not... there is a reason. So... we are bummed that you guys will miss out on some fun things, but maybe she can come to the barn with us and ride a horse! And feed the duckies and see the chickens and piggies! :)
