Our last day and night in Vegas

We got up early and drove the Bergs to the airport and decided that since we were already on that side of town to just start our last day by taking in the strip. Unfortunately I left My camera at the Hotel. But Jeff did the best he could and that evening Beck and Austy met up with us and Beck was nice enough to take some pics for us with her camera.

Tomorrow we are back to reality and the glamorous life of a stay at home mom..Dirty diapers,runny nosed, screaming kids and all the wonderful clean-up from being gone.

I have no words to describe how wonderful it was to be there with them for this big day.

He really is a good man and I am so lucky to have him.

What a blessing to not only have Amy but Becky as my escorts through the temple and to have Jeff waiting for me was more then I had ever hoped for. It was just perfect

Las Vegas

Seriously spur of the moment trip to Vegas.
I called my sister one day last week and said, "I have been carrying around this temple recommend for almost a year. Can you go to the temple with me tomorrow?" And she said, "Why don't you just come to Vegas next week and go with us."
I told Jeff, he looked at his calender, rearranged some things and here we are.
Vegas for 3 days with no kids and my sisters who truly are my best friends.

They have taken a lot of the old neon and plastered it around old town with plaques telling all about it.

There is a show every hour or so on the giant screen over Fremont street.

Family Night.

Just for fun we decided to go bowling with 3 other families for our family night this week.

All and all a good night. I think we will be doing this again.
